| The technology used is the traditional white winemaking, partially fermented in small oak casks. Pale yellow with green highlights. On the nose fragrant with delicate notes of apple. Elegant, full and fine intensity. The taste subtle full bodied, almost crisp agreeable good flavour and excellent freshness. Straw yellow with a greenish tinge, persistent aroma of grapes, fresh, soft and delicate, pleasantly crisp. |

| This D.O.C. comes from densely planted vines on south facing middle and high altitude hill slopes, using 35% of clonally selected material. The grapes used are exclusively Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco. Straw yellow with greenish tinges. Fragrant perfume with floral sensation and fruity. The sensation on the nose and palate is excellent. On the palate is elegant, assertive and distinctive. The texture is smooth with full character. |

Ruby-red with tinges of purple. Fragrances of ripe red fruits and preserves. The flavours
are pleasantly dry and nicely tannic. |

The Chianti wine matured in wooden boxes has always been a characteristic of the
Tuscan oenology. This wine, which is the typical expression of this kind of oenology, has been obtained from selected grapes that have been worked with estreme care. It has a brilliant transparency, ruby red colour with reflexes tending towards garnet. Its smell is vinous, clear with hints of vanilla and toasted bread; it presents hints of balsamic and spicy smell. It refines with age. The flavour is dry, sapid, slightly tannic and well-structured. It is a well-balanced and harmonic wine. |

Intense ruby red, fragrant fruity bouquet with a hint of marasca cherry and honey, full
on the palate is harmonious and round. Because of its berry. The colour is pale light,
candy pink on the nose. It is inviting, ample with hint of Mayflower. The taste is
harmonious, fresh, with excellent character the wine can also be drunk chilled with fish. |

Produced in small quantities from densely planted vines. Some of the wine is aged for
two years in large oak barrels and part in barrique. The colour is brilliant ruby red. On
the nose is broad with hint of vanilla and fruity. The palate is dry well balanced full with
firm backbone supporting is overall elegance. Brilliant ruby red, matured for six months
in barriques. Intense perfume and fragrance, bouquet of raspberry and hay, dry and
velvety. |

The wine of one night's is a winemaking technique that requires the winemaker to be
present for 24 hours, using the tears method by utilising the core of the berry. The colour is pale light, candy pink on the nose. It is inviting, ample with hint of Mayflower. The taste is harmonious, fresh, with excellent persistence. |
